871FT Flow-Through Electrodeless Conductivity Sensor

871FT sensors are a comprehensive family of flow-through, non-invasive electrodeless assemblies suitable for a broad range of conductivity and concentration measurement applications. The 871FT sensors are available in several line sizes from ½ inch up to 4 inch. They offer a wide choice of wetted parts materials and end connections, including both industrial and sanitary types. Unlike conventional insertion type sensors, these flow-through sensors become one with the process piping, creating a non-invasive solution for measuring conductivity. Calibration of the 871FT sensors can be accomplished in-line through a built-in calibration port. This is important in applications with aggressive chemicals and those in industries such as pharmaceutical where the process line cannot be broken. 871FT sensors are compatible with 876EC transmitters and 875EC and 873EC analyzers.

Benefits
Safest solution for measuring dangerous chemicals due to in-line calibration capability
In-line calibration also precludes requirement to revalidate the process
Broad range of materials and sizes to accomodate virtually any application
No obstruction to process flow
Fast, easy and reliable calibration using calibration plug shirt pocket tool
3-A compliant and EHEDG certified for sanitary applications in food and beverage

Applications
Measurements of acids. Sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric, others.
Measurement of bases. Sodium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide, others.
